I am a father, an husband, a musician, a rock climber, and a surfer.

Born and raised in Italy, I spent over 15 years working and living abroad and currently I am based in Sardinia (Italy) sharing my life with my beautiful wife and two gorgeous kids.

20 years hands-on experience in corporate and startup environments allowed me to gain a robust knowledge in team management, business processes and continuous improvement, change management and leadership development constantly exposed to multicultural ecosystems and complex business contexts.

I hold PCC Coaching accreditation issued by ICF – International Coaching Federation, I am an ICP – ENT Enterprise Agile Coach , I am a Certified Hogan Assessment Practitioner and a have Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certification.

I am currently involved in multiple projects wearing different hats as a consultant, coach, trainer, and facilitator, helping entrepreneurs and managers of different seniorities making the most of themselves, their teams and their business.
